blog1: Changing buyers, changing marketing

We have wants and needs. Anyone can choose.

Nowadays, even children already know what they want, not only candies, but also some other stuff like clothes. But, unfortunately, some parents do not want their children roaming in malls, supermarkets and department stores alone. And sometimes, kids do not want to be with their parents while shopping because their parents will be the ones who will choose the things that they will buy.

And so, technology had an idea of getting online stores like for example E-bay and Multiply. People can sell through internet, and people can buy through
internet.

This new way of marketing product is really effective because like for example the kids who want to buy items, they don’t need to go to the department stores, rather, they wi
ll just check their computers for new products, and it will be delivered.

This online transaction do not only benefit children and their parents but also busy people who travel a lot, always have meetings and people who have no time to visit malls just to find what’s new. For them, there’s no need to go to department stores in order to buy their needed suits or gadgets.
In this case, not only the buyers are happy because, advertisers can now put their ads in the internet, they don't need to print posters or anything, and sometimes, they don't even need to rent a place to sell their products. And for those companies who already have their stores and outlets, they can advertise their products easily and almost anyone can access it.

The new way of marketing is also promoting good customer relationship because sometimes, buyers and sellers can transact 24/7.

It is easier to search in the internet using search engines like google, and yahoo. People will just type their needed product in these engines, and then, hundreds or thousands of results will come out. it is a good way to choose one's desire.

This is very a good idea for marketers, because as studies shows there are more people who surf the internet than reading famous magazines. there are more people accessing the internet than watching televisions. that's why, it is a good idea for the advertisers to put their ads in the internet.

Now, with this high technology, with internet, in just one click, you can easily get the needs and wants of your life.

blog0. about myself, school and class


My name is Pauline Faye Santos. I am "obviously" a girl. I live in Bel-air subdivision, but I really came from Isabela. I am half Ilocano, and half Kapampangan. Now, I am living with my cousins. And I am happy being there. But I also miss Isabela, and my friends, and my family. It is a lot different here. Because, Laguna is more modernized than Isabela. I like both places.

I am taking up, business entrepreneurship, now, i am in my third year. I really hate math. That is my weakness, numbers, that i sometimes complicate things even if it is really really simple.

It is good, that E-Market is not really math. It is like about internet. Hearing the name of the subject is somewhat boring, but because of my classmates it seems fun. It is all about business and stuff using the internet. Online selling, online buying and all kinds of Online trading.

All in all, it seems fun, but we need hard work to pass it. I think the exercises that was given to us is quite hard or it is just confusing.

About my school, de Lasalle University-Canlubang...
Yes, its far, it is in Binan Laguna. It is near a forest and a river. It is somewhat province, but it is not. There are few students here, and they are still improving it. But, of all these things, I think it is a good school because I really am learning. The real value of being in a school is here.
